For more than 18 years, Joseph J. Haddad’s practice has focused on complex civil, business, and employment litigation cases, representing both businesses and executives throughout Oregon and Washington. Joseph is not just an experienced litigator, but is also a knowledgeable resource for prudent business strategies.
In addition to his significant employment background in matters dealing with Title VII, sexual harassment, the ADA, wrongful discharge, workers’ compensation discrimination, non-compete agreements, and retaliation, Joseph offers extensive insight into business related disputes, contract formation, and specialized knowledge of commercial and residential real estate matters.
